• Won a BAFTA TV Award for Best Features for "Faking It" in 2003
• While doing post-graduate work at Nuffield College, Oxford, he wrote "Channel 4: Television with a Difference?" which was published by the British Film Institute
• Made documentary programs for the BBC during his 16 year tenure there, his award-winning titles including BBC2's "Modern Times․"
• Served as the creative head of the RDF Media Group for 9 years, and during his tenure there it grew from being a small independent house limited to U․K․ productions to a major international production house
• In 2012, he was appointed chairman of All3Media America, a company that serves as the group's United States production bug for scripted and non-scripted television shows
• Launched Studio Lambert, an independent television production company, in 2008
• Created and launched such reality television formats as "Wife Swap," Faking it" and "Undercover Boss․"
