• Nominated for several American Latino Media Arts (ALMA) for her work on TV show "Will & Grace․"
• In 1988, Morrison survived a breast cancer stint after undergoing a lumpectomy, but when the cancer returned in 1998 she had a full mastectomy, and then had surgery to remove the upper third of her right lung after being diagnosed with lung cancer
• Guest-starred in more than 150 TV series and appeared in over 65 plays
• Morrison used phonetics when learning the English language
• Portrayed a maid or housekeeper for 32 different roles
• Told her agent not to offer her any more housekeeper roles right before the maid role for "Will & Grace," the role she's best known for, was offered
