• Has starred in the popular soap opera "General Hospital" since 1997, from which she has received three award nominations and the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding younger Leading Actress Award in 1999
• As a child she was a competitive figure skater and acted in commercials, but at the age of 16 she decided to concentrate solely on acting
• Since the age of 6, she has appeared in over 60 commercials across the U․S․ and has also guest-starred in TV series such as "Boy Meets World," "Sister, Sister," and "Days of Our Lives․"
• Enjoys designing clothes, especially designing most of her Daytime Emmy dresses, as well as dresses for co-stars
• Participates in the Smile Train charity, providing free and safe surgery for those with cleft lips and palates, as well as being a spokeswoman in 2007 for Purpose Skincare
• When she was younger, she wanted to be a figure skater and skated with two-time Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan
