• Has volunteered with Keep a Child Alive, a charity devoted to bringing medicine to children with AIDS
• Sold many of the "Scooby-Doo" animation cells she owned for charity
• After director Gordon Hunt saw her playing Peppermint Patty in a stage production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown," he invited her to audition for a part on "Scooby-Doo․"

• Enjoys watching movies, reading and walking in her free time
• First began to appreciate "Scooby-Doo" when singer Lauryn Hill told her how great she thought the show was years after Jaffe appeared on it
