• Won the Rising Star Award at the 2011 American Black Film Festival
• Attended Seton Hall University, where she majored in Political Science
• She was 14 years old when she became a member of 3LW
• Began singing at the age of 5 in her church choir
• Best known as a former member of the R&B group 3LW and for her role as Lil' Kim in "Notorious" and as Kendra in "The Client List․"
• Made her debut on Broadway in 2006 in "Hairspray" as Little Inez, a role she remained in for more than two years
• She recorded five songs for the soundtrack of the 2009 remake of "Fame․"
• Has twice portrayed a Playboy Bunny on screen: in the "Mad Men" episode "Hands and Knees" and in the drama series "The Playboy Club․"
• Met actress Jenifer Lewis in the Broadway show "Hairspray" before later starring alongside her in "The Playboy Club․"
