Fast Facts

• Did a reading of a "Cowboy Beebop" script with other cast members at a benefit for We Heart Japan, an organization dedicated to helping Japan rebuild from a devastating 2011 earthquake
• Was the guest artist for the West Coast Singers' annual benefit gala in 2011
• Developed a love of dance at an early age, and decided to pursue singing and acting as well after her father bequeathed her with his old fake book and advised her to be a triple threat so she'd have more opportunities
• Broke into voice acting when a casting director heard her voice at a day job and cast her as Betty Boop, and eventually went on to voice such characters as Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivruski IV on "Cowboy Bebop․"
• Was part of the ensemble in the original Broadway cast of the hit musical "Wicked․"
• As a teenager, she tap danced with Sammy Davis Jr․ on the Jerry Lewis telethon in Las Vegas
• Released her debut album, "Avignon," on CD Baby, iTunes and DigStation
