• Earned five MTV Video Awards for his work with Aerosmith, including video of the year for 1994's "Cryin'," a video that MTV later named the best video of all time
• Began his career in television news, directing footage of the Boston Celtics for WBZ-TV and later producing the Wimbledon tennis tournament for a newly-formed HBO
• Has directed more than 200 music videos, including Cher's "If I Could Turn Back Time," Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It" and Aerosmith's "Amazing․"
