• Has won the Golden Melody Award on four occasions
• Was one of the torchbearers for the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and again at the London Olympics in 2012, becoming the first Mandarin artist to participate twice
• As an ambassador for World Vision Taiwan, he visited the Republic of Sierra Leone in West Africa
