• Her role as Kate Roberts on "Days of Our Lives," has garnered her a Soap Opera Digest nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2000
• Attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, then transferred to Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, graduating with a degree in theatre and costume design
• Began acting with a touring theatre group, and starred in productions such as "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof․"
• After leaving "The Bold and the Beautiful" in 1992, she appeared in episodes of TV series such as "Silk Stalkings," until joining the cast of "Days of Our Lives" in 1996
• Debuted in TV when she landed the role on CBS’ "The Young and the Restless" for two years, until asked to transfer and become an original cast of the sister soap opera, "The Bold and the Beautiful․"
