• Attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where he studied Music Performance, before going on to study acting at the School for Film and Television and Michael Howard Studios
• Although "One Life to Live" was his first big break, he started out on a different soap opera, "All My Children," in 2001
• Has appeared in the off-Broadway plays "Discordant Duets" and "Counterfeit Garden․"
• He is a member of the advisory board at Streetlight Productions, a theatre production company
• Best known for his role as Rex Balsom in the soap opera "One Life to Live․"
• Chose the stage name "Lavoisier" after reading about Antoine Lavoisier in a high school science textbook
• Switched jobs with a dance teacher for ABC's Fan February Festivities in 2007
