• Won Outstanding Producer of Television at the 1993 PGA Awards for "I'll Fly Away," an award he shared with David Chase
• Graduated from the University of Southern California with a B․S․ and attended Loyola Law School
• Started his career as an actor, working in the United States and Europe and co-starring in the Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway production "No Place to Be Somebody․"
• Co-created the Total Engagement Experience, which utilizes television shows as part of a multi-platform entertainment experience
• As a principal in Sander/Moses Productions he developed and served as executive producer on over 300 hours of dramatic programming for prime-time television
