• Was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with the rest of the members of the Faces in 2012
• Became interested in rock and roll when he first heard "Rock Around the Clock" at the age of 10
• Joined the Small Faces, which then consisted of vocalist Steve Marriott, bassist Ronnie Lane, and drummer Kenney Jones, in 1965
• Quote: "You can't play 'Stay With Me' halfheartedly․ It's not [gently] 'Stay with me․․․' You have to tell her, 'Stay with me!'"
