• Began her professional acting career at the Cleveland Playhosue, also working in regional theatres across the east and west coast before starring in dozens of commercials, after-school specials and movies of the week
• Before her starring role on the hit series "Little House on the Prairie," two stars of the series recommended Parady to the "Little House" casting director after watching her performance in a play as Anne Hathaway, the wife of William Shakespeare
