• Graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Theatre Performance and Radio/TV
• His daughter, Sophia, was born while he and his wife were traveling with the National Tour of "Shrek: The Musical," in which he played Shrek
• Started out as a performer at the Barn Theatre in Augusta, Michigan
• Has appeared in several Broadway and off-Broadway productions, including "Shrek: The Musical" and "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee․"
• Best known for his role as Arlo Barth in "Kirstie" and as Hank in "Evan and Gareth Are Trying to Get Laid․"
• His agent decided to suggest "Kirstie" to him because of a line in the original pilot that read: "This kid can't be mine․ He looks like Shrek!"
• Flew back and forth between New York and Los Angeles while filming the pilot for "Kirstie" because he was still appearing in the Broadway show "Peter and the Starcatcher" at the time
