• Started out as a bartender at the Kings Arms Tavern in Williamsburg, Virginia
• First began bartending in his childhood home, where his parents often entertained
• Best known as a mixologist and as the host of the Cooking Channel series "Drink Up․"
• Joined the Hudson Bar in 2005 and also works as a consultant for bar and restaurant owners
• Is a member of the International Bartenders Association, the Museum of the American Cocktail, and the US Bartender's Guild
• Originally moved to New York City to pursue an acting career, but ultimately focused on his passion for gourmet cocktails
• Had small roles in the films "Desperado" in 1987 and "The Super" in 1991
• Has two favorite cocktails: the Ginger Collins and the Ginger Margarita
