• Is one of the co-founders of the Inclusion in the Arts and Media of People with Disabilities organization

• Earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College in 1979

• Got his start in acting in 1995 after teasing his old friend, Peter Farrelly, about the lack of wheelchair users in his first film, "Dumb and Dumber," and being offered a role in Farrelly's next film, "Kingpin․"
• Best known for his role as Boss' Brother in "There's Something About Mary" and as Agent Steve Parfitt in "Me, Myself & Irene․"
• Co-founded a theater company for performers with disabilities called Blue Zone Productions
• Frequently appears in films produced by the Farrelly brothers
• Has served as the national vice chair of the Advisory Board and Steering Committee of the Screen Actors Guild
