• Kane's second album "The House Rules" debuted at number one on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart and at number three on the iTunes Country chart
• Studied Art History at the University of Oklahoma but dropped out to pursue acting
• Formed the Southern rock band Kane with songwriter Steve Carlson in 1998
