Thanks to digital video recorders like TiVo and Replay TV, Americans may soon be forced to pay to watch shows like Becker and Off Centre. That's the wake-up call Turner Broadcasting president Jamie Kellner issued at the TCA press tour over the weekend. "Before American people go on not watching commercials, they have to understand what will happen," he said. "On top of your cable bill, you will have to pay for programming. Don't think for a second there's a free lunch."
