Roseanne's Laurie Metcalf, Husband Divorcing
Laurie Metcalf and her husband and Roseanne co-star Matt Roth are divorcing after six years of marriage, People reports. Roth filed papers on Sept. 12, citing "irreconcilable differences," and requested joint physical and legal custody of their children, Will, 17, Donovan, 11, and Mae, 6. Metcalf and Roth met on Roseanne in 1992 when he recurred as her character Jackie's abusive boyfriend, Fisher.This was Metcalf's second marriage. The three-time Emmy winner, who currently recurs on The Big Bang Theory as Sheldon's mom, was previously married to actor Jeff Perry, with whom she has a daughter.
