Dennis Hopper was hospitalized in New York on Wednesday.
His rep, Sheila Feren, told the Associated Press on Wednesday that the 73-year-old Oscar nominee had been suffering from flu-like symptoms and a stomach ailment.
Hopper was in New York to promote the second season of his Starz drama Crash, but has since cancelled planned appearances for this week on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and the Today show.
