Jennifer Hudson, Catherine Zeta-Jones and More to Perform Celebration of Musicals at Oscars

The Oscars will honor movie musicals of the last decade with a celebration that includes Oscar winners Jennifer Hudson, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Russell Crowe and Oscar nominees Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway and others. "We are pleased to have been able to amass so much talent to create the celebration of musicals of the last decade that we envisioned," Academy Awards producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said on Wednesday. "We are thrilled that so many talented actors have agreed to bring our vision to life."

The Oscars will honor movie musicals of the last decade with a celebration that includes Oscar winners Jennifer Hudson, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Russell Crowe and Oscar nominees Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway and others.

Barbra Streisand to perform at Academy Awards

Some of the musical films honored will be 2002 Best Picture winner Chicago; Dreamgirls, for which Hudson won Best Supporting Actress in 2006, and this year's Best Picture nominee Les Miserables.

In addition, Kristin Chenoweth and host Seth MacFarlane will perform a special closing number at the end of the show. Zadan and Meron are calling the duet a "can't-miss moment."
