Kristen Bell was absolutely adorable during her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday. While there was no sloth meltdown, Bell did melt hearts while discussing her pregnancy with Ellen DeGeneres.

Photos: Stars who don't look their age

Bell, who's due at end of spring, told the host that while she and fiancé Dax Shepard know the sex of the baby, they want to keep it a secret for now. She did add that Shepard is only "thinking about all the off-roading he'll have in this tiny partner," which made DeGeneres guess it was a boy. Bell quickly brushed off the possible hint, saying "I think he'll force even if it's a sloth to off-road!"

When asked whether she was planning a natural childbirth, Bell told DeGeneres, "I've got nothing to prove."She continued: "I feel like when I arrive at the hospital I want a glass of whiskey, I want the epidural in my back. And I want to get hit in the face with a baseball bat and just wake me up when it's over, because I've seen the videos and it looks terrifying."But just because Bell is a little afraid of labor, that doesn't mean she isn't loving the pregnancy."I've had a lot of really good dopamine hormones. My self-esteem has never been higher," she revealed. "When I look in the mirror, I think it's like the reverse body dysmorphia. Because I can understand what my shape is but I see Brooke Shields and it doesn't make a lick of sense but something that the baby is giving me hormonally is making me really giggly and happy."Watch the full clip below:
