The Grammy winner is now the longest-serving judge on Idol and also executive produces Randy Jackson Presents America's Next Best Dance Crew for MTV. Jackson's longtime Idol colleague, Ryan Seacrest, tried his hand at daytime back in 2004. His syndicated series, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, lasted just nine months.
