Katie Holmes Poses Topless for Glamour

Katie Holmes is baring (almost) all!

The ex-wife of Tom Cruise posed topless in the August issue of Glamour magazine and says that she's focusing most of her energy on acting and being a mom to her 8-year-old daughter, Suri.

"Motherhood is the greatest gift," she tells Glamour. "I didn't know how much love I had in me. It's overwhelming. Every day I discover more about this spectacular human being I get to be the mother of." Read her full interviewhere.

Holmes says she feels most comfortable wearing jeans — which is a good thing, since that's all she's wearing in one of the photos that accompanies the article.

Holmes is starring in the upcoming film adaptation of Lois Lowry's young adult book The Giver, alongside Jeff Bridges and Meryl Streep, which hits theaters Aug. 15. " Being in a movie with Meryl Streep was a huge dream come true," the Dawson's Creek alum tells Glamour. "When the cameras rolled, she was spot-on and such a pro. It was just a thrill to walk on set with her."
