The CW announced its fall schedule Thursday, and the lineup was largely familiar given that every single CW series scored a renewal this season, except the few that were already scheduled to end. (We'll miss you, Jane the Virgin!) The network has pick up a few new shows, though. Batwoman, another DC superhero drama, will air Sundays this fall after Supergirl, and Nancy Drew is pairing up with Riverdaleto make Wednesdays even more mysterious.Riverdale is also getting a midseason spin-off, Katy Keene, .

Batwoman (Sundays at 9/8c)

What it's about: After the mysterious departure of Bruce Wayne and the Batman, Gotham is left in the hands of Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) aka Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter. The city is more crime-riddled and dangerous than ever though, but Kate will have to face her own demons before she can even think about becoming a symbol of hope for her city.

Nancy Drew (Wednesdays at 9/8c)


What it's about: Set just after her high school graduation, Nancy Drew (Kennedy McMann) planned to leave her hometown behind for college, but a family tragedy means she's got to take a gap year and stay put. Caught up in a mysterious murder investigation, Nancy has to contend with an estranged father (played by Scott Wolf), an ambitious police detective (Alvina August), and her fellow recent graduate and secret flame, Ned "Nick" Nickerson (Tunji Kasim).

Katy Keene (Midseason)


What it's about: This Riverdale spin-off is actually set 10 years in the future as it relates to Riverdale's timeline. Lucy Hale stars as the titular character, also known as "America's Queen of Pin-Ups and Fashions", as she and her friends chase their twentysomething dreams up and down New York City. The series also stars Riverdale alum Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy.
