Dunbar will play Eli Roosevelt, the new sheriff in Charming. He's described as a formidable, confident and forthright lawman who makes it clear to Jax (Charlie Hunnam), Clay (Ron Perlman) and the rest of the club that things have changed during their 14 months in prison.  As we first reported, Roosevelt won't even allow the Sons to be seen in public wearing the club's colors. That's a far cry from the days when SAMCRO had police chief Unser (Dayton Callie) in its back pocket. This most certainly won't end well.Dunbar joins Season 4's previously announced guest cast, which includes Danny Trejo as a Mexican military leader and Fernanda Andrade as a sexy Latina babysitter who works for Jax and Tara (Maggie Siff).

Sons of Anarchy exclusive: Ally Walker discusses the powerful season finale

Besides his roles as Kenny Chadway on Soul Food and C-Note on Prison Break, Dunbar most recently recurred on the short-lived FX drama Terriers. He's also appeared on Girlfriends, Grey's Anatomy and, most recently, The Chicago Code. The fourth season of Sons of Anarchy returns this fall on FX.
