It's a beautiful day! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping - all because Sleepy Hollow snagged a Season 3 renewal.

Fall TV Scorecard: What's renewed? What's canceled?

The network announced the 18-episode third season Wednesday after Clifton Campbell signed on as showrunner. The Glades vet is replacing Mark Goffman, who exited the series earlier this month in response to Sleepy Hollow's inconsistent second season.

"I had the pleasure of working with Clifton on both The Glades and White Collar," Fox president David Madden said in a statement. "He is an excellent producer, and we can't wait to see what this team has in store for Season 3."

Go behind the scenes of Sleepy Hollow

Despite Season 2's glaring shortcomings, by the end of the season Sleepy Hollowhad finally gotten back on track (peace out, Katrina and Henry!). Hopefully, the show will manage to keep this momentum going in Season 3.
