Roseanne Barr Badmouths Brangelina Via Blog

Perez Hilton might not be the most vicious blogger in town anymore. Roseanne Barr lashed out against Hollywood's favorite couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, last week in a blog post on her Web site that originally started as an attack on Jolie's father, Jon Voight.
The screed was tied to Voight's political support of Republican presidential hopeful John McCain. After comparing Voight to used feminine products, she set her sights on his "evil spawn" and her "vacuous hubby". (Pitt and Jolie actually remain unmarried.)
Barr took aim at the couple's charitable donations to poor countries and their multiple adoptions. "[They] make about $40 million a year in violent, psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children, trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more," she wrote. "Do you not know that the African daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the Republican party's worldwide economic assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?"
Barr has since (somewhat) relented in her online forum, writing "they might be good people in the flesh, but the media's images of them are smelly and vile, and I must always attack the media's representation of what is good or cool." (You can read the entire blogs here.)
Anyone else hoping Rosie O'Donnell returns from her blog break to write a ridiculous haiku about the whole thing? - Adam Bryant
