Will Mitchel Musso, Bridgit Mendler, Debby Ryan or Brandon Mychal Smith come out on top in the finale of Disney's Friends for a Change Games? Throughout the four weeks of competition, Musso's Team Red, Mendler's Team Yellow, Ryan's Team Blue and Smith's Team Green have been vying in a series of fun and physical challenges to win $100,000 for their team's charity. Sunday's half-hour special (8:30/7:30c, Disney Channel) will reveal the victorious team and announce the fan-favorite team that gets another $100,000. According to the current scoreboard, Musso's team leads in both performance and fan voting.
