NBC's Up All Night is upping the funny with the addition of another Saturday Night Live veteran.

NBC's Up All Night is upping the funny with the addition of another Saturday Night Liveveteran. Molly Shannon, an SNL cast member from 1995-2001, whose 2008 sitcom Kath & Kim failed to click with viewers, is coming to the freshman sitcom on November 23.
In a role that is potentially recurring, Molly will play Nancy, a single mother who works on Ava's (Maya Rudolph) talk show as an incompetent associate producer.
Though only one episode has been written for Molly so far, sources tell me the hope is that Molly will ignite the same laughs she did on SNL as clumsy Catholic schoolgirl Mary Katherine Gallagher and return for more fun with Maya, Christina Applegate and Will Arnett.
