In the sneak peek below, it's Webber (James Pickens, Jr.) who will offer up the narration in the two-hour premiere as he will be fighting for his life after being electrocuted by the generator in last season's finale. We also get a glimpse of Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) after their tragic falling out, and Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) following her ultimatum.

There are some fun moments, though, as we see Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) enjoying baby Bailey.
