Look back at last year's Emmys
Jane Krakowski, 30 Rock
Krakowski was unceremoniously dropped last year after three straight nominations, and if anyone deserves a return trip, it's her. The Tony winner has always shone as TGS' resident vapid, narcissistic blonde, but she truly made Jenna Maroney come alive in 30 Rock's final season — or more specifically, in its final minutes with her tearful, hysterical and tongue-twisting performance of "The Rural Juror." If there's any justice, like the Rural Juror, Emmy voters won't forget her.

Zosia Mamet, GirlsMamet, already the Season 1 breakout, kept the laughs coming in Season 2, as Shoshanna cluelessly, hilariously navigated a relationship with Ray (Alex Karpovsky). Lena Dunham, deservedly, gets all the kudos for the HBO hit, but it's high time another gal got some recognition too. Eden Sher, The Middle
