Courteney Cox: I Haven't Had Sex Since Splitting From David Arquette

It's been nearly 18 months since Courteney Cox and David Arquette split, but the Cougar Town star says she's still not ready to date yet — and she hasn't had sex with anyone since her separation.
"I'm really not ready," Cox said Wednesday on The Howard Stern Show. "I'm just not ready. I'm not saying I'm not ready to have a make-out session, I'm just not ready to — I don't know. I'm not lying. ... I've not had a man since David."

Cox, 47, says she has "made out with one guy" since her October 2010 split from Arquette and has "sexual feelings," but she doesn't act on them with another man. "There [are] ways to deal with that," she said.The former couple, who are parents to 7-year-old daughter Coco, have remained friendly — so friendly that Arquette has encouraged her to move on. (The actor is currently dating Christina McLarty, Joe Francis' ex-wife.) "He even says to me, 'Courteney, it's time to get out there,'" Cox said. "He's comfortable with whoever that would be with."That even includes her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins. The two have been rumored to be an item for the past year, but Cox says that they're just very good friends. "Well, I'm in love with him ... Is this is real life or on the show?" she joked. "I'm in love with him, and on the show I'm in love with him — no. In real life we've traveled together. We travel really well together."

She added: "We decided, if we ever were going to date, which we are not going to ... I get too personal, so I'm just going to stop there."When Cox is ready to be more than friends with a guy, she hopes to live up to her show's title."I was married to someone for many, many years, someone who was seven years younger than me," she said. "I always considered myself lucky to be able to pull in a younger guy. I still like younger guys."
