Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert Take Home CMA Awards

Country power couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert were named Male and Female Vocalists of the Year at the CMA Awards Wednesday night. In addition, Shelton also took home the award for Album of the Year for Based on a True Story.

Other winners included Mac McAnally (Musician of the Year), Kacie Musgraves (New Artist of the Year), and George Strait (Entertainer of the Year).

Taylor Swift was given a CMA Pinnacle Award for bringing country music to a global audience.

The awards show was hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley (for the sixth time), and featured performances by Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts and the Zac Brown Band.
