His offense: tearing the aforementioned toy out of its original packaging.

Spiner—who's previously displayed his comedy chops in everything from Friends to the Jack Lemmon-Walter Matthau movie Out to Sea—slyly spoofed himself, agreeing to show up at Leonard's birthday party for a very small fee. Oh, and what he said they used to do with their mini-me dolls on the Next Generation set brings new meaning to action figure.
