Bradley Cooper may have recently split from his girlfriend, Zoe Saldana, but he won't be attending the Oscars solo. Who will be the lucky lady on his arm?

Cooper, who's nominated for Best Actor for his performance in Silver Linings Playbook, told E! News that when he first became an actor, he promised his mother, Gloria, that she would be his date if he ever got nominated for an award.

And, Cooper added, his mother was right next to him watching the nomination announcement on TV when he got the good news. "She was freaking out," he told E!
