Who Said It: Taylor Swift or Meredith Grey from Grey's Anatomy?

Taylor Swift is a known Grey's Anatomy superfan -- she even has a cat named Meredith Grey.

So it's not that surprising that her lyrics have some things in common with Ellen Pompeo's voiceovers on the long-running medical drama. The singer and the show are concerned with the some of the same themes: love, loss, betrayal and myocardial infarctions (okay, that last might just be Grey's). The point is, they're more alike than you might think.

TVGuide.com went to Union Square in New York to ask people if they could tell the difference between a Taylor Swift lyric and a Meredith Grey line. As has been the case with our other "Who Said It?" videos, everyone had a really hard time with it.
