Wendy Williams won't be making new episodes of her talk show for a little while.

The host announced on her Wednesday show that she'll be taking a step away from the program to recover from her recent Graves' Disease diagnosis. Graves' Disease is an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid.

"My doctor has prescribed ... are you ready? As of today, three weeks of vacation," Williams told the audience during the show. "What? Who are you? I was pissed." Despite the doctor's advice, William says she'll be only taking two weeks off because she still needs to pay bills.

Wendy Williams Passed Out on Live TV

This is the second time in several months that Williams' health issues have caused interruptions in her show. During the Halloween episode in October, she passed out while dressed as the Statue of Liberty and at the time said it was because of overheating.

Williams posted a message on Twitter warning her female fans to make sure they get checked out and make their health a priority. "What I want to say to women, more than men, is stop putting everyone first because if we're not good, they're not good."
