According to USA Today, Keys' performance clocked in at 156.4 seconds, beating Natalie Cole's 1994 performance by 4.4 seconds.

Keys not only sang, but also played the piano as she delivered the song from the 50-yard line before kickoff. The pre-game festivities also featured Jennifer Hudson performing "America the Beautiful" with the Sandy Hook Elementary School chorus.
