Elijah (Daniel Gillies) finally returns to The Vampire DiariesThursday and viewers will be quite surprised by what he's been up to since he last came to Mystic Falls. Suffice it to say, it will be an interesting reunion once he discovers his sister Rebekah (Claire Holt) is working with Elena (Nina Dobrev) to track down the cure.
