Tori Spelling wants to make Benihana pay.

According to The Wrap, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star filed suit against hibachi restaurant Benihana this week alleging negligence. She says in April, she slipped and burned herself on the grill at the Encino location, and as a result, had to be hospitalized with second- and third-degree burns.

She is seeking unspecified damages over the amount of $25,000 for lost wages, medical expenses, general damage, and "loss of earning capacity."

The scoop on your favorite returning fall shows
