Beyoncé and Taylor Swift are poised to take home a lot of hardware tonight as they lead all artists with 10 and eight nominations, respectively. The ladies also perform, along with fellow Album of the Year nominees the Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga and the Dave Matthews Band. In addition, Bon Jovi, Green Day, Lady Antebellum, Maxwell, Pink and Zac Brown Band will also take the stage. But perhaps the most anticipated moment is the Michael Jackson tribute, which features the 3-D mini-movie "Earth Song" and will be enhanced by performers Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, Carrie Underwood and Usher. — Tim Holland
A Family Is a Family Is a Family: A Rosie O'Donnell Celebration

What's in a name? That which we call a family by any other name, to paraphrase the Bard, would be as sweet. That's the gist of this documentary as Rosie O'Donnell examines the evolution of the modern family by talking to kids, including her daughter Vivienne Rose, who live in households that run the gamut from same-sex and mixed-heritage to single and male-and-female guardians. The special is augmented by musical performances, including Ziggy Marley singing with his mother, Rita, and sister Cedella. — Joe Friedrich
Desperate Housewives

Last time, Gaby was fighting with Susan over their kids; now she's fighting with Angie, who doesn't like the fact that Carlos' niece Ana is seeing her son, Danny. Also on the fight card: those scrappy Scavos, still going at it over therapy. Last time it was over the idea of it; now it's over their therapist (Jane Leeves). Meanwhile, Susan befriends a stripper (Julie Benz), and a chastened Bree is worried that Orson will kill himself. — Paul Droesch
Pro Bowl

The NFL's annual showcase of AFC and NFC stars can change its location (from Hawaii to Miami) and switch from post-Super Bowl to pre-Super Bowl, but it remains one of the more uninspiring events on the sports calendar. Adding to the nonparticipant list that already includes injured (or uninterested) players is the obvious absence of any Saints or Colts, including quarterbacks Drew Brees and Peyton Manning, whose big wins last weekend opened up Pro Bowl opportunities for the mediocre likes of Donovan McNabb and David Garrard. This being football, we'll probably watch anyway, and maybe rehearse the menu for next Sunday. — Roger Leister

Homer learns a lesson about deceit when he blows off a date with Marge to buy a lottery ticket. The ticket turns out to be a million-dollar winner, and Homer becomes more and more tightly ensnared in a web of lies to keep Marge from finding out about their broken date. Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin has a voice cameo as himself. — Fred Mitchell
