Disney might own the High School Musical franchise, but Fox has...the glee club. Snicker at this nerdiness if you will, but creator Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck) adds no small amount of edge as he introduces us to William McKinley High's ensemble. In this new director's cut of the pilot (which first aired in May), club director Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) even gets a jock to join his nerds. Of course, he must use subterfuge to do it. Glee is scheduled to begin its regular run next Wednesday. — Paul Droesch
America's Got Talent

There's no hasslin' the Hoff when series arbiter David Hasselhoff moves from the judges' panel to the performance stage tonight. The Hoff is slated to sing "Feeling Good," but feeling really good will be the four winning acts from last night's whirlwind performance fest. This results show reveals the talented foursome, who advance to the finals with their starry eyes still on the $1 million prize. Also on the performance bill: Kermit the Frog and the fabulously hammy Miss Piggy. — Dean Maurer

Tonight Joan Rivers takes viewers on a tour of the famous Beverly Hills mansion, which is currently owned by flamboyant NBA superfan James Goldstein. Rivers also meets Bobby Boudreaux, a retired pharmacist who invented a cream for diaper rash with the unforgettable name of Butt Paste; and Gary Clegg, the twentysomething millionaire who's the patron saint of couch potatoes everywhere for his creation of the Slanket. — Joe Friedrich

But this food flight could turn turbulent: The cooks have limited time and supplies, and the meal must be bountiful for the masses at Nevada's Nellis Air Force Base.
