Biggest Loser: Couples
8 pm/ET NBC
In the last episode before next week's live finale, Tara, Helen, Mike and Ron are sent home for 30 days and must learn to keep up their new healthy lifestyles while back in their day-to-day environment. The four also learn that they'll have to complete a full marathon upon their return to the ranch. Then it's time for the last weigh-in, which determines the final two contestants as well as the two who will be competing for viewer votes to land the third spot in the finale. — Brie Hearn
Dancing with the Stars
9 pm/ET ABC
Tonight features the always popular DanceCenter segment of the show, in which veteran contestants Kenny Mayne and Jerry Rice sit with judge Len Goodman to give in-depth comedic analysis of the remaining contestants. Also, singer and musician Jamie Cullum is on hand to perform the classic "I Get a Kick Out of You." And speaking of kicks, one more contestant will get kicked off the show, putting an end to the goal of achieving his or her dancing dreams just one week shy of the semifinals. — Jennifer Sankowski
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit
10 pm/ET NBC
A teenager has fun using the photo and text-messaging features of her cell phone, but then discovers that one of the many things her phone can do is get her arrested. That's because those pictures she took were nude photos of herself, and though she intended for them to go only to her boyfriend, they were sent to other people as well. Detectives must take her in on charges of producing and distributing child pornography, and a strict judge (Swoosie Kurtz) issues a harsh sentence. — Jennifer Sankowski
The Real Housewives of New York City
10 pm/ET Bravo
It was a drama panorama in Season 2: We witnessed the arrival of new wife Kelly, the passion for fashion at Fashion Week, Kelly and Bethenny's diva duel, and the dramatic doubles tennis match (without the love). Now we wave good-bye to the wives as the season concludes. Fiery feuds and catty conflicts erupt when the ladies try to work together to organize Jill's charity event. Meanwhile, LuAnn tutors Bethenny in the fine art of modeling, after which Bethenny struts her stuff on the catwalk at a Moroccan fashion show. Although this is the finale, Wives go on: A reunion edition airs next week, as does the premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. — Dean Maurer
Rescue Me
10 pm/ET FX
Tonight's episode is titled "Sheila," so expect to see a lot of Callie Thorne. First, Sheila spills her guts to French writer Genevieve Lazard. Then she acts up in a restaurant with her son, Damien, who has been talking about following in his late dad's footsteps and joining the FDNY. Meanwhile, you'll learn more about Janet's new boyfriend (Michael J. Fox); Tommy will learn why he hasn't been able to see his younger daughter, Katy, recently; and Sean will learn why his back has been hurting. — Paul Droesch
