Maybe Stephanie is staying at Grey Sloan Memorial after all.

Toast, a new comedy project from Shonda Rhimes starring Grey's Anatomy's Jerrika Hinton, will not be picked up by ABC, TVGuide.com has learned.

The comedy, which co-starred Grey's alum Tessa Ferrer, was to be executive-produced by Rhimes and Betsy Beers, and written/executive-produced by Greg Grunberg and Scott Foley.

ABC did pick up the Romeo & Juliet-inspired Shondaland period drama Still Star-Crossed.

Are you disappointed Toast won't make it to air?
