Michael and Divona Lewis say they gave their son more than $60,000 to cover various expenses, including his legal and medical fees, bail bonds and SAG fees, according to The Wrap. Lewis' company, Highbrow Punk Inc., agreed to pay them back but thus far they've only received $23,000, according to a lawsuit filed by the Lewises against Highbrow Punk and Brendan P. Carmody, the administrator of Lewis' estate.

Lewis died in September 2012 after falling off of a roof in Los Angeles. He allegedly killed his 81-year-old landlord and her cat before his death.
