Shia LaBeouf was escorted out of a Broadway production of Cabaret in handcuffs and tears Thursday night.
A spokesperson for the New York Police Department told the New York Times that LaBeouf had been smoking and yelling during the performance, which stars Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams. Officers then escorted the former Transformers star out of the show during intermission and he was charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
The arrest is the latest scandal for LaBeouf, who took a break from bizarre behavior since his#IAmSorry performance art show in February, during which he sat with a bag over his head and cried with strangers.
LaBeouf's recent erratic conduct include plagiarizing a short film (in many instances word for word), skywritting, headbutting a man in a bar, wearing a bag over his head on a red carpet and "retiring from all public life."
