Shain Gandee, a cast member on MTV's reality series Buckwild, was found dead in West Virginia on Monday several hours after he was reported missing, a spokesman for the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department confirms to TVGuide.com.

Earlier Monday, the Sheriff's Department issued a notice that stated Gandee and his uncle his uncle David Dwight Gandee had been missing since 3 a.m. Sunday. The bodies of  the two men as well as Donald Robert Myers, 27, were discovered later in a vehicle in Sissonville, W. Va.

"The causes of death are still under investigation and will likely be determined following an autopsy by the West Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner," read a statement from the spokesman.
