After the reality show's volatile Season 4—which ended with Teresa Giudice largely split off from the rest of the cast — the first ladies of the Garden State are back for more drama.

"Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before it gets better," Teresa's sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, says as the cameras show her husband, Joe Gorga, and Teresa's husband, Joe Giudice, getting into (another) physical brawl. Some things never change, but unlike last season, it looks like Melissa may find herself at odds with one-time ally Caroline Manzo. "Teresa says, 'You don't know the real Melissa.' You know what? Maybe I don't," Caroline says.

Poor Melissa even gets some harsh words from her own husband who yells at her that his parents look at her like she's the devil. "The crazy train is getting out of control," Kathy Wakile says. Would we have it any other way?
