Ratings: CBS Comedies Keep Rocking, Bachelor Hits Season High

The Big Bang Theoryand Two and a Half Men's continued ratings success led CBS to a Monday night win, according to Nielsen estimates.

Bang Theory (15.4 million viewers) scored the night's highest rating among 18-to-49-year-olds, while Men (16.5 million) was the night's most-watched program. The strong lead-in helped boost CSI: Miami(13.3 million viewers), while How I Met Your Mother(9.4 million) and Accidentally on Purpose(8.5 million)were on par with their season averages.

On ABC,The Bacheloraveraged 11.7 million viewers overall and hit a season high in key demos. A Castlerepeat drew 8 million viewers — the most for one of its reruns.

But Fox edged out the ABC for second place with House(13.4 million viewers) and 24 (9.8 million). Even so, House was down 8 percent from a week ago, while 24 slipped to third place in the timeslot.

Chuck(6.7 million viewers) was down just a bit, while Heroes(4.4 million) showed a small gain. The Jay Leno Show(3.9 million viewers) had its worst Monday rating ever.

At the CW, Life Unexpectedcontinued to hold its lead-in audience, as both it and One Tree Hilldrew 2.1 million viewers.
